Ensure your eye area is cleansed and dry. Wipe the brush along the edges of the bottle to ensure even product distribution on the brush ( Less is more, we do not want the brush to be saturated with product upon application!) Apply product along the upper lash line just like how you draw with an eyeliner and pat dry with a tissue if necessary
